UAP Upgrade - June 28, 2023 6pm-8pm

  • Before the outage, make a note of your UAP Favorites and Web Links;

  • recreate them in the new UAP.


  • UAP will be enhanced with Step-Up Authentication on

  • July 26, 2023 - no outage. Login sequence will change.


  • Report all access issues (including secondary links within applications) to

  • the AHS IT Service Desk 1 877 311 4330. Log a ticket for

  • Identity-Directory Services (UAP Team).

    RSA Passcode Keep your remote access working with RSA Tokens

    • You also need a hard or soft RSA secure identification code for clinical access, including remote access.
    • If you have a hard token: enter your 4-digit PIN and the 6-digit token display (no spaces) into the RSA Passcode field.
    • If you have a soft token on a mobile device: enter your 4-digit PIN into the application to generate an 8-digit code. Enter that 8-digit code into the RSA Passcode field.
